Our brunch menu is designed for an unhurried meal. It includes Eggs Benedict, Mexican Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, Salmon Toast, Iberico Toast, Salmon Bagel and French Toast, plus pancakes and other all-day options.
What to order at Índigo
For a first visit, Eggs Benedict is one of our signature brunch choices; if you prefer something sweet, Cream Cheese Pancakes or French Toast are good options. Pair your meal with an Espresso, Flat White, Matcha Latte or Chai Latte.
Brunch hours
Brunch is served from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The food menu runs all day from 9:00am to 7:00pm, and until 3:30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The café itself may remain open later depending on the day.
